We are looking to add a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our growing Client team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help design, develop, and deliver compelling brands and experiences for clients. You’re passionate about digital platforms and how they integrate with other brand experiences, and you can effectively lead projects from concept to execution.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of project management experience in a creative agency or similarly fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex brand, digital, and content work from end to end.
- Deep understanding of creative workflows and cross-functional collaboration (including design, strategy, dev, and production).
- Experience with tools like Asana, Airtable, Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—clear, persuasive, and empathetic.
- Experience mentoring others or leading small teams is a plus.
- You have a strategic mindset and operational fluency; you can anticipate roadblocks and propose solutions, and have a knack for identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements that help the whole department run more smoothly.

- This role works closely with the Executive Director to help drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and foster a positive, productive team environment.
Project Leadership
- You will lead several complex, multidisciplinary projects from inception through delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
- You will serve as one of the main client-facing points of contact.
- You will help drive project clarity across internal teams, ensuring goals, roles, deliverables, and timelines are well understood.
Team & Departmental Leadership
- You will act as second-in-command to the Executive Director of Project Management, helping oversee team operations, resourcing, and process improvements.
- You will mentor and support fellow project managers and senior PMs by offering feedback, guidance, and best practices.
- You will help onboard and train new PMs, contributing to a culture of growth and excellence.
Operational Oversight
- Assist in building project plans and scopes that balance creative ambition with realistic delivery.
- Partner with other department leads to forecast resourcing needs and manage capacity planning across the studio.
- Identify and help implement ways to improve workflows, tools, and internal communication structures.
Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build trust and rapport with clients through proactive communication and thoughtful problem-solving.
Partner closely with strategy, creative, and development leads to align teams and drive the work forward. - Act as the business's voice to help navigate complex client feedback, shifting priorities, and evolving scopes.
