Administrative Assistant

Full-Time in Brooklyn, NY - Operations

At Red Antler, we launch and grow brands. We've done this for Casper, Jot, and Prose, to name a few. We believe that bringing curious, empathetic people together to work toward a shared purpose creates a brand experience that can change the world. We're searching for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support several members of our leadership team. This is a critical role and you'll ensure that everyone's time is used efficiently and purposefully. You'll provide high-level administrative assistance and contribute to the productivity of our business and team.

What you'll do:

  • As an Administrative Assistant, you'll manage all aspects of our Head of Experience and Executive Creative Director's daily needs. This includes daily priorities, internal team communications, calendar management, and travel coordination. You'll help ensure that they have the time that they need to focus on what's most important while giving the internal teams the attention they need to push initiatives forward.
  • You'll be interacting with a variety of people, becoming a go-to for everyone from clients to our leadership and interdisciplinary teams. You have a great sense of humor plus strong judgment and communication skills.
  • You're comfortable working with all levels of management and thrive in a fast-paced agency environment. You can effectively manage information flow in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner.
  • You're hyper-organized, resourceful, and collaborative. You're an expert at managing multiple priorities and you ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You're proficient in Google Suite and have 1-2 years of past administrative or customer service experience.
