Good Moose is a young performance marketing agency under Red Antler. We are committed to delivering best-in-class growth marketing and paid media services for a diverse range of brands. We're looking for a Display & Programmatic Manager with extensive experience working across Google Display, DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or other leading DSPs. In this role, you'll be a part of a growing media team that focuses on driving conversions and revenue but also helps to define a full-funnel approach to media efforts. In this position, you will gain unparalleled exposure to the entire brand process, from pre-launch to scaling, and build extensive knowledge of best practices in the media industry.
Responsibilities include:
Strategy & Planning
- Assist in the development and execution of display testing agendas
- Participate in the buildout of monthly media plans with a focus on the client’s core business goals
- Contribute to the development and documentation of display best practices
Execution & Implementation
- Oversee the day-to-day management of display campaigns, inclusive of monitoring performance and QA
- Lead channel strategy, campaign structure, optimizations, and ad content (including strategic recommendations on creative content and messaging)
Analysis & Reporting
- Assist in weekly, monthly, and quarterly media reporting for clients
- Participate in the development and execution of specialty analysis reports (competitive, creative, audience, etc)
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve display performance and strategy
Cross-Team Collaboration & Analysis
- Work with internal performance team and external partner managers to refine strategy, provide ideas for optimizations, and ensure display tactics align with holistic media strategy
- Collaborate with the internal analytics team to coordinate display testing agendas, ensuring all results are statistically sound
- Assist with creative recommendations for display and video assets in collaboration with our internal creative team
Skills and qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience running performance marketing campaigns on Google Display, DV360, and/or other leading digital display channels
- Hands-on experience setting up strategic campaigns is required (ideally $100k+ monthly budgets with performance marketing goals).
- Ideally 2+ years of media planning and buying management experience primarily focusing on setting up and optimizing campaigns.
- Proven record of developing processes to implement Display/Programmatic media best practices
- High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
- Client-Facing Capability: You are an exceptional communicator with an astute understanding of how internal brand teams work and how best to work with and build successful relationships with those team members.
- Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: It is imperative to exhibit consistent exceptional attention to detail with sharp organizational skills for this role.
