Project Coordinator

Full-Time in Brooklyn, NY - Client Services - $60k - $78k

At Red Antler, we build worlds for brands that are changing how the world works. Our clients span a wide range of categories, representing some of the most exciting companies in the startup, established, and corporate spaces. We’re searching for a Project Coordinator to join our Client team and work closely with our Project Managers to manage day-to-day tasks and client service needs across a range of early-stage projects. You’re confident and detail-oriented and will enjoy building relationships with our multidisciplinary team.

Who you are:

  • You’re collaborative and excited to help deliver best-in-class creative work. You’ll work with our internal teams on various project needs and gain a solid foundation of project and client management skills.
  • You’ll help create the first true deliverables after a client begins work with us- assisting in developing project timelines, schedules, and budgets, coordinating important client or internal meetings, scheduling upcoming client presentations, etc. You like taking ownership and will ensure that clients are aligned with internal teams throughout the length of an engagement.
  • You’ll ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope- and clearly communicate changes to project schedules and costs with our Client team, providing contextual and detailed information.
  • You’ll create and maintain project documentation, including internal/external meeting notes, project status, and financial reports.
  • You’ll work with resource management on resource planning, availability, and allocations to execute project work. You’ll also help ensure the accuracy of data in our resourcing software- responding to possible resourcing challenges and proactively identifying solutions.
  • You’ll check in with the team to ensure they have everything they need to be successful in creating great work.
  • You like taking initiative and have a strong eye for detail- plus you’re organized and a great listener. You’re excited to learn more about the startup space and have an appreciation for design.

Nuts and bolts:

  • You have 1-3 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment and a strong interest in either project management, account management, or resource management.
  • You’re comfortable managing multiple work streams and deliverables and setting (and managing) clear expectations with internal teams.
  • Familiarity with Basecamp, Team Gantt, 10,000ft and/or other project management and time tracking tools is a plus.

What works here:

In a lot of ways, we embody the best things about a startup culture. We are self-starters who know how to create something from nothing. Someone who is both independent and values collaboration will be successful here.
