Business Ops Coordinator

Full-Time in Brooklyn, NY - Operations - $60k - $75k

We’re seeking a confident Business Ops Coordinator to join our Operations team and help ensure Red Antler's daily operations run smoothly. In this role, you will assist various teams in Operations with daily business logistics and activities and perform various administrative tasks such as helping with scheduling, tool management, info auditing, and new business. This position will play a crucial role in Red Antler's day-to-day operations.

Who you are:

  • Comfortable moving between a wide variety of tasks in a given day and motivated by a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent writing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a confident communicator
  • Proactive, driven, and always curious
  • Interested in startup space, technology trends, and brand building
  • 1 - 3 years of business development, account, project management, or marketing experience

What you’ll do:

  • Liaise with Client Directors and project managers to understand project timelines, deliverable dates, etc.
  • Assist with timesheets and PTO tracking for the agency
  • Help manage Red Antler’s response to new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Schedule client kick-off meetings
  • Update project data in our agency’s project-management tool
  • Assist with website content and case studies
  • Translate client needs and internal ideas into new business proposals that detail deliverables, timelines, and costs and draft Scopes of Work and other contracts
  • Coordinate with resourcing teams to staff the best team given a project’s needs
  • Manage the pipeline and data entry for the business development team and contextualize trends and themes
  • Manage meeting prep - supplying background information/agenda to attendees, managing materials, presentations, and staging
