Full-Time in United States %LABEL_POSITION_TYPE_REMOTE_ANY% - Wild Fruit - $75k - $85k

Welcome to Startuplandia. Where big ideas are the commodity, and ambition the fuel. Where trends come red hot and can spark whole new industries, or get put on ice, awaiting rediscovery by some future entrepreneur. This is a place many will enter, but few will win. The only certainty here is that the search for the next big thing will never cease. It’s a fascinating place to be.

Wild Fruit is a presentations agency with a focus on the company founders and the capital funds that populate this place. We were born out of Red Antler, a globally recognized expert in brand-building for startups, and work closely with the team. Our charge is to bring our clients’ ideas to life on the digital page when it matters most: raising capital, pitching for new business, and presenting at conferences. Beyond presentations, we also take on brand identity and web work when our clients need the support—and execute everything with the same care and commitment.

Mostly, we’re humble verbal and visual practitioners. Learning, tinkering, and executing in the medium we know best to bring clients’ ideas to life on each page. We strive for the next project we do to be better than the last. All in all, we want our clients to feel as smart as they really are (maybe even smarter) when they present our work to the world. We’re looking for a task-crushing, client-minded Project Manager to join our team.

You, the candidate:

  • You have 4-6 years of project management experience in creative or sales industries
  • You’re capable of managing a full range of projects (brand, web, marketing, etc.) and corralling your teammates to create high-quality work. Working with external agency partners is a bonus.
  • You’re familiar with project management tools and are program savvy or eager to learn.
  • You’re comfortable with project planning and driving scoping conversations and are an expert at internal and external stakeholder management.
  • You can effortlessly work in a highly collaborative work environment but are comfortable taking direction and working autonomously towards an end goal and deadline.
  • You are a strong communicator with colleagues and clients and enjoy building relationships with those around you.
  • You are a creative problem-solver and a taskmaster, able to manage your time efficiently and meet deadlines. You have the organizational skills to push work forward on time.
  • You are proficient across a variety of programs and keen to learn about those less familiar: Keynote, Notion, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Figma, Microsoft, and Adobe suites are our most used tools. A willing and quick learner is key.
  • Operations or new business experience and familiarity with sales processes are a bonus.
