We’re looking for a detail-obsessed, systems-minded, and proactive Business Development Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be a core partner to the CEO and CMO, helping to organize and elevate every aspect of the sales process. You’ll support proposal creation, manage pitch timelines, keep collateral up to date, and help implement smart, scalable tools—especially AI—to streamline our workflows.
The ideal candidate loves structure, clarity, and communication. You’re an equal parts producer and optimizer who thrives on getting things done and constantly improving things.
