As we evolve, we’re looking for an energetic Account Supervisor to drive projects from inception through launch, and identify ways to creatively and strategically grow our business. You’ll help achieve our clients’ business objectives while upholding Red Antler’s commitment to creating the best work possible.
Who you are:
- You’re a client champion. You enjoy owning and developing strong partnerships with clients and representing our clients’ voices throughout the execution of projects at all levels of the business.
- You’re culturally aware, have worked in larger agency settings with big accounts, and have a strong point of view on what work you want to see exist in the world.
- You have 6-8 years of account management experience and can effectively oversee branding, digital, and integrated marketing projects. You’re a hustler and someone who approaches all business challenges with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You’re a team player. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and like collaborating across disciplines, including strategy, brand, digital, advertising, and production.
- You’re excited to be a leader and have a confident and resourceful attitude. Your organizational and time management skills are top notch and you pay close attention to the details.
- You have a point of view. You'll contribute to the design process and share your perspective on brand vision, strategic direction, and business objectives for clients. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for all new clients, funnel important information and feedback to the internal team, and help manage expectations.
